Rentals & Lessons
2025 HCM Rental Season is only a few months away on Long Beach Island. HCM offers paddleboard, kayak and sailboat rentals, We offer sailing and wingfoil lessons and new for the 2025 season we are now an authorize Efoil Fliteschool.
Our rentals are available out our back door at 6310 long Beach Blvd, Harvey Cedars, NJ onto Barnegat bay, no need to put it on your car. Free North End Island Local delivery available for for three day and weekly paddleboard & Kayak rentals. We offer sailboat rentals of the RS Zest, Hobie Wave and Hobie Getaway. Kayaks available to rent include one and two person Ocean kayaks and Hobie Mirage Kayaks which include the patented Hobie mirage pedaling system. Paddleboards and surfboard rentals are from SIC, Sandwich Island Composites. All of the rentals include life jackets and/or paddles and seats for you comfort and enjoyment.

Sailboat rentals & lessons
Looking to explore the bay in relaxing wind powered boat. jump on board one of our sailboats and go for a 2 to 4 hour cruise on Barnegat bay. Take a perspective of the island by viewing it from the water. Sailing experience is required - Never sailed or feeling a bit rusty take a lesson with our seasoned sailors, learn what a tach, gybe, windward, leeward or maybe bow is? We cater the lesson to your ability and progress at you rate.
Kayak rentals
Take a paddle on a one or two person kayak with your friends. We are located on a quiet cove or paddle out to the sandbar at Woods island. See osprey, cormorant's, terrapins and bull nose rays along you paddle or splash you friends, jump out and get wet to cool off. Rentals are available form one hour to all week.
Paddleboard rentals & lessons
Looking for a leisurely paddle on a protected cove. Take out a paddleboard our staff will pick one out for you to insure you success. Never paddled before ask our expert staff for some pointers or take a lesson with one of them. Take one out for an hour up to all week.
Wingfoil lesson
Try something new, a little like windsurfing and a lot like flying. Harness the wind with the wing (sort of handheld kite) Stand on a board with a hydrofoil and fly across the bay. Pfd and helmet included. Lesson are 90 minutes, you will learn how to handle the wing and fly on land and then move to the water will you will be on the foilboard and learn to maneuver upwind.
Flite Efoil lessons
Ready to fly around the bay on a power Efoil. Take a efoil out with an instructor private or semi private and learn how to control the board and fly. Not as hard as you may think. Lessons include Pfd and helmet for your safety and our staff will get you up in no time. The more you learn the basics the easier it is to maintain flite.
Surfboard rentals
Is the ocean drawing you in. Rent one of our SICMaui surfboards and paddle out into the waves or just float over the break. Paddle in on a swell and catch a ride you'll be hooked for life on the power of nature.
