About Our Local Marina

Harvey Cedars Marina has been in existence since the mid 1950's. In the late 60's, early 70's, under the ownership of Don Wood and Harry Marti, Gemini 18 catamarans were built, sold and rented from this location. A sailing school was present in the A frame next door.

The property size has been reduced over the years due to subdivision and development. A coalition of local boat owners, Harvest Cove Associates, saved what remains of the property now operated by Harvey Cedars Marina(HCM).

HCM has put the marina back on the map as a boating and sailing center of LBI. HCM holds dealerships of Hobie Cat, Zim Sailboats, RS Sailing, Ocean Kayak and TAHE outdoors. We carry everything form small parts and marine accessories to sailboats, kayaks, standup paddleboards and water sports accessories. HCM has the largest selection of parts and supplies on Long Beach Island for all of your sailing and boating needs. HCM also provide service and maintenance for most power boats under 23 feet and sailboats under 21 feet.
